NYC Cruises may offer promotional pricing at its sole discretion. Your final ticket price will be confirmed before you complete your purchase, which you may accept or decline at that time. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, whether in advertising or after a confirmation has been issued, and will inform affected customers promptly.

• Coupons are valid only as specified and are available while supplies last
• The correct coupon code must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply
• Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions
• Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased tickets
• Coupons have no cash value and are non-transferable

A ticket or voucher is a revocable license for the specific cruise or attraction for which it is issued. NYC Cruises accepts all major credit cards. The cardholder must be authorized by all members of the party to complete the purchase on their behalf.

• Full payment is required at the time of reservation
• Tickets are valid for single use per person only
• NYC Cruises reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who does not comply with applicable rules, regulations, or staff instructions
• No refund or exchange will be issued due to weather conditions, partial enjoyment, or inability to attend
• Resale of tickets or vouchers is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets after issuance
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
• NYC Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel any cruise or service at its sole discretion; in such event, we shall not be liable for any associated costs or losses

By completing a purchase, you certify that all members of your party are in good health and capable of meeting the physical requirements associated with the cruise experience booked. NYC Cruises shall not be liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse experience arising from a customer's failure to disclose relevant health conditions.

Use of NYC Cruises services is at each patron's own risk.

Any special needs, accessibility requirements, or medical conditions must be communicated to NYC Cruises at the time of booking. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, failure to fulfill a special request does not constitute a breach of contract. All special requests are subject to availability and must be explicitly confirmed by our team to be considered guaranteed.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all required travel and health documentation is in order prior to boarding. NYC Cruises cannot accept liability for refusals of entry resulting from missing or incorrect documentation.

All content on the NYC Cruises website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, scripts, and software — is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any of this content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of NYC Cruises, Inc.

Using our website to violate any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights, is strictly prohibited.

NYC Cruises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, loss of anticipated profits, service interruptions, or delays — arising out of your use of our website or services.
